I learned about a rebounder at Physical Therapy. It is helping me strengthen my ankles and improve my stability so I can trail run without the worry of rolling my ankles. I was afraid that this rebounder may not be strong enough because of the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's awsome and I have heavier medicine balls and it is plenty strong. Buy It.

This is a great product for the money. It was very very dusty, must have been in storage along time. The ball started to split but I taped it with duct tape and is fine .......... recommended it to a friend and his came without the stretchy cover.
However, for 45 bucks vs. 300 to 600 $ it is a great deal. Works fine for me. Curtis

I bought this equipment on sale for about $45 or so, and at that price, I haven't been disappointed. If I'd paid any more, I'd have been upset. The trampoline that returns the ball works well enough, but angle adjustment isn't quick and easy. I have to set an angle and be happy with that angle. If the adjustment were easier, I would get more use and more enjoyment from the returner. The returner will move across carpet a bit when I'm using it. The medicine ball had a great feel. Overall, the ball was soft and a nice size for gripping. Unfortunately, the seams were falling apart from the moment that I received the set. I tried putting a fabric cement on the seams to hold them, but the cement cracked and cut my hands. I tried knocking off the extra cement, and the seams split completely. I'm using other medicine balls with the returner now.

This was a great product for mixing up the solo ab workout. After a while situps are just boring. This ads a little fun and flexibility to the normal situp and crunch routine. For $40 you can't beat the price. Well made and well designed.
