Easy Flow Spout - Large, covered drinking spout with vent hole allows for easy drinking. All Fit & FreshTM products are easy to clean, freezer, microwave and top rack dishwasher safe (except for the ice packs). Do not microwave the ice packs. All Fit & Fresh products meet FDA regulations for food grade plastic.

I mix a protein drink and take the shaker to the gym for a post-workout boost. The shaker doesn't leak and does a good job of mixing fine, graunlated protein powder and the liquid of your choice; I use skim milk.
