There are any number of these types of products on the market these days. I've used these and the 5 hour type, can't remember the brand name but they were the first ones on the market. These work ok but they don't have the noticable, immediate boost when you first drink them that I get from the other brand. That being said the ingredients are virtually identical and the long term (6 hours) results are equivalent to other products of this type.
