Its advantage to other similar texts exists in the focus is not on computers, but the processes and domains that hold "IT" together. From this grounding and basis, more advanced topics can be launched into with comparative ease.

The book is extremely useful for those entering the field of IT, students wanting a wide grasp, as well as IT professionals wanting to review 'other' areas of IT from which they may practise or lack experience.

Absolute Nonsense in the book. If you are in a position of IT Manager then you dont need this book. Its better for a non IT person. For an IT pro, its nothing but absolute nonsense. Reading this book doesnt enhance any of your knowledge skills. Mere waste of money.....I wasted too !!!
