This is an excellent product. It allows you to increase the resistance on most weight exercise machines more gradually.

In nov. 2008 I purchased two horseshoe weights to add to my home gym. The package arrived promptly but one weight was broken.when power systems found out the weight was broken they replaced it quickly without me asking. Thanks for excellent customer service.
