This review is from: Power Systems Pro Wrist Roller (Sports)
It's a good sturdy product and it performs exactly like it should. I didn't give it 5 stars because the rubber grips get hot quickly and will give your hands "rug burn". I just removed the rubber grip and it's much better. Of course now it's just smooth metal handles so I have to wipe them off before each use or they get slippery. If you sweat alot i'd recommend keeping the rubber on. I imagine other wrist rollers probably use the same material.
Also, look in the picture, you see the guy holding the wrist roller, notice the weight is lying flat, that is because it's resting on a circular metal disc that is about 1.5" in diameter and has a metal shaft. This disc detaches from the cable and you put the shaft through the hole of the weight and clip the shaft back onto the cable. I hope I explained that alright. Well I had a problem with this because the metal disc was smaller than the diameter of the holes in the weights in my gym, so the weights just fell off. I just removed the disc and shaft and run the cord through the weight and clip it to itself. Works perfect. May be a couple inches shorter, but that's ok. It's a good product for the price. It ripped up my forearms pretty good. I'd also recommend the Weider forearm developer- awesome product.
