I found that these affirmations can be used in many ways, I use some for my screen saver so I keep focused on what I want.

I also use others by typing them up and taping them to my shower, so I can say my affirmations in the shower.

There are so many fabulous ways these great words can flow through us and make us more powerful.

Louise knows whats she is talking about, so I highly recommend this book.

i like these affirmations. they are simple and straight forward which is what i was looking for. i like the pictures and they aren't distracting. i basically flip to a page and think about the affirmation over and over. i plan to do this even more often and maybe even meditate or write about some of the affirmations in my journal.

i think this would make a nice positive gift to the people in your life looking for positive affirmations. it's easy to keep on you if you want to be motivated anytime or anywhere.

I love all the Louise Hay books. This particular book of Power Thoughts
is just that, a concise collection of thoughts that can change your mood
or perspective in an instant. It's great to read a few a day sequentially
and also just to randomly open a page and absorb that. It's a great book
to keep and pick up whenever you need a shift in your thought processes.
I bought this to give as a present and liked it so much that I decided to keep it.

This is a lovely, colorful little book that makes a great gift and provides consise, hopeful affirmations. This is a great introduction to the ideas of Louise L. Hay.

I've really enjoyed this book. It's great, whether turning to a random page or reading several pages through. Makes for a great gift or household item.

I have read two of Louise Hay's books. You Can Heal Your Life and The Power is Within You. This little book has so much of her wisdom I don't know why it isn't more known! She says so much in this book and it feels good to read. Why not think positive instead of negative? It's a good complement to other "sayings" books. I recommend it.

"Rise and Shine" with a positive attitude. During the rest of your activities it is a must-have to keep your thoughts tuned to a higher productive and rewarding experience. This is a practical approach to a more satisfying and fulfilling life.

Louise L. Hay is the queen of postive thinking and this little book packs in a lot of wonderful postive thoughts. Designed to read a-thought-a-day to take you through the calendar year. When you need to hear something postive after a day of negativity, this is a great little book to pick up and feel lifted up at the same time.
