These two cassettes changed my life! I listen to these tapes on my way to work and everytime I listen I get something new from it and experience another life transforming idea. These tapes opened up the pathways for self-love for me which was the doorway to my self-enlightenment and spiritual journey.

Louise L Hay cannot fail to please. I found this tape very relaxing and useful as background reassurance and support whilst doing chores. Both Louise and Dr Wayne W Dyer offer positive thoughts and an alternative way to conduct your life. There are many examples of how we sometimes choose to behave and there are suggestions on how we may approach change, if that is what we want. The overall message invites the opportunity to live a truly free life and offers guidance to help find YOUR way.
