Great program
This is a high intensity program, but it is suitable for a person trying to get in shape, or maintaining their physique. As a person who has never really exercised, I appreciated the pace of the videos, and the fact that it encourages you to go at your own pace.

VHS?
The info said videos. I never imagined they would be VHS tapes. I don't even own a VHS. My bad. The tapes went to Goodwill, and I will never buy from this vendor again.

Since I do not have a DVD player, it is nice to know that there are still some good exercise videos around.
