I used this when I injured my arm and also to improve my grip when I was training for sports, it is a great tool to strengthen all the hand muscles. I like it a lot more than squeezing silly putty, etc.
I also got one for my mom when she started to have arthritis pains, seemed to work well for her too. It is flat so travels well. Also, these simple exercises can be done when you're watching TV or talking on the phone. check out their website [...]

I used it quite a bit in my occupational therapy after a wrist surgery and the Power Web helped a great deal in improving wrist mobility, flexibility and strength. I bought one of them for home use after my therapy ended. You can work your wrist and fingers using different exercises and you will notice the diffedrence.
