This review is from: Power and Wisdom: The New Path for Women (Paperback)
The book Power and Wisdom identifies several "power robbers" (behavior patterns which prevent full potential from being realized and inhibit success) and offers insight into changing these behavior patterns with a view toward confident, effective communication. It outlines the true meaning of feminism clearly and consisely. Thought provoking and extremely well written. Strongly recommend as a must read book!

This review is from: Power and Wisdom: The New Path for Women (Paperback)
In Power and Wisdom Priscilla Marrotta clearly identifies the issues that face women in the workplace and then carefully takes the reader through some basic self-assessment steps. Using many true stories, and offering confidence building tips, this is an ideal disussion tool for mentors and work colleagues. It validates women's efforts to take their place along side men and share equally in the power of management and decision making. Also has a great resources section at the end, including a list of every key women's group.
