Your Power Within! Self Confidence through Hypnosis

I purchased this Self Confidence CD to deal with my negative mental chatter. New to the writing field, my self doubt beats up on me so strongly I talk myself out of projects before starting them. Trevor Scott has an excellent voice for hypnosis, inspiring trust - I'm not worried he's hidden subliminal message to make me do something against my will. He speaks with so much confidence I am able to internalize his messages. I've bought several hypnosis recordings where foreign accents, unsureness in the voice of the speaker, and background music that sounds like alien landings took the value out of the session, for example: Hypnosis to Enhance Creative Writing by Charles Vald. I was relieved Trever Scott did such a good job with voice, choice of background music, and well worded messages. I would like to see more Hypnosis CD's available from Trever Scott. All this being said, my husband didn't care for his voice but I think that may be because some men would only trust a woman's voice in a hypnosis situation. Excellent Job Trever Scott! Thank you.

This has helped me a great deal. I had to give a talk recently and was nervous about doing so. I listened to this c.d. for a week before I had to give my talk and ended up enjoying it instead of dreading it as I usually do. I personally found his voice very soothing.

Initially I didn't care for the way Trevor Scott speaks. It is a bit odd and I wondered if I could get past it. I was able to get past it however and after the first week I saw some pretty big changes taking place in my life. I don't think this CD will solve all of your problems but I do think it is a good place to start.

Over time I have built up a large library of these types of programs. Some have been excellent, many have belonged to the trash heap. I purchased this a long time ago, and put it away after listening to it a few times because I thought there were better products out there and the program didn't click with me. Recently, something told me to to give this program another try, so I have. I began listening to it and following the suggested listening instructions. To my great and pleasant suprise, it's working! I feel the results of listening.

At first, I was a bit spectacle of this product, but with time it has helped me change my personal attitude and outlook on life. Personally I am a lot happier, my disposition manages to remain positive in almost all situations, I manage stress better and my co-workers claim I'm "less evil" then before utilizing the CD. I recommend the CD highly, but you must commit to listening as much as possible in an environment conducive to relaxation.

I can't thank you enough for this Cd. I feel so empowered! For years I have read self-help books and tried to apply someone else's technique to living a more positive, productive life with very limited success. Now, I feel like nothing can hold me back. I have so much more confidence and know I can accomplish anything! Thank you again.

I have three of Mrs. Janet Decker mp3's recordings the Hypnosis for Stress Reduction, Improve Memory & Recall and this one for Self-Esteem, I highly recommend all 3 of her mp3's however, I find that this particular one is my favorite and the one I listen to most often.

I have been using this mp3' on and off for about 3 months now, at first I must admit I was a bit skeptical of this product, but with time and consistency I've found it has helped me change and improve my personal attitude and outlook on life. It has definitely become one of my favorite and most use full tools for improving myself.

Since this was my first experience with a "hypnosis" recording I wanted to make sure I wasn't going to be put off by her voice so before making the purchase I listen to the samples she has available on her website hypnotherapyservicesdotcom and I found her voice to be very relaxing, soothing, and gentle. I also emailed her asking her how to best use her products and I got a prompt and friendly response.

I also bought a few other hypnosis cd's where foreign accents, hesitation in the voice of the speaker, and background music that sounded like noises from outer space just did not work for me, someone mentioned the lack of music in the recording made it a "dull" experience for them yet, I found that for me it was much easier to relax and concentrate with out the distracting "noises" in the background!

I was really excited to receive this item as it came so highly recommended. I agree with one of the other reviews that his voice is really wierd and takes a minute to get used to. However, once you're settled in and start relaxing, you will melt away with this cd! I'm not sure how successful it has been in helping me with self confidence, but I am sure am sleeping well! I don't mean this in that the cd is boring, it just is very relaxing and natural to listen to. I would recommend it.

If you buy this CD do not buy the "Motivation to Move" CD because both CDS are repeats with same words and etc. I tried to call the phone number printed on the CDS to voice my concerns but the number is not a working number. BEWARE!
