3.0 out of 5 stars Good history, but no pictures April 12, 2012
Format:Kindle Edition|Verified Purchase
This book tells you a lot about Pilates, but without pictures I find it pretty useless. If you already know the poses, then it has good descriptions of what you should be focusing on, but as a beginner, this book was not useful to me.
