5.0 out of 5 stars Strongest NIMH AA batteries around
These are the strongest AA NIMH batteries I could find. They charge good and seem to last a nice long time.

As an Amateur Radio Operator I have experience with many different types of batteries and these are some of the best I have purchased.

1.0 out of 5 stars The worse rechargeable batteries, 2900mah is a joke.
These are the worse rechargeable batteries your money can buy :(, Not worth buying at any price.
I test 4 of them with my La Crosse BC-900 and they are only (1455mah, 1625mah, 1615mah, 1560mah) not even close to advertised 2900mah ???
And yes, I charge and discharge them 7times before test readings.(brand new MiNH will always have lower capacity{but not that...

And yes, I charge and discharge them 7times before test readings.(brand new MiNH will always have lower capacity{but not that low}, you have to use them 5-10times before they reach their maximum.)
Just in 2~3weeks self discharge will fully deplete this batteries. (for this type of rechargeable batteries: full self discharge rate should be 1-2% per day, not 7-10% per day.)
If you are looking for high capacity rechargeable AA -- look for some other brand (Rechargeable NiMH Batteries, 2650mAH, AA size, 8 batteries per pack DC1500 , SANYO SANYO eneloop 4 Pack AA NiMH Pre-Charged Rechargeable Batteries etc...)

1.0 out of 5 stars Power2000 2900mAh AA Rechargeable Batteries, July 9, 2007
This review is from: Power2000 2900mAh AA Rechargeable Batteries (4 Pack) (Electronics)
I have old same brand batteries only lower capacity (2500mAh). It appeared that new batteries (with supposedly higher capacity) died much faster (very noticable ~50%) in my digital camera than my old ones. In fact they recharged too quickly, in about 20 min, while for my older batteries it take usually 30-40 min to recharge. Bad product. No quality control at 47th Street Photo. I'll return this product back.

2.0 out of 5 stars great when they are new, September 16, 2008

They worked great when they were first charged. I spent a month in Africa and only need 4 batteries. But they have been very poor since, never recharging to full capacity and needing replacement with just a few shots.

1.0 out of 5 stars Unlucky perhaps, but these are the worst I've known., June 4, 2009

I got the 10 pack. The best one has the capacity of <600mAh. Five of those charge for <5 min before showing full. The rest four don't charge at all.

I've been primarily using rechargeables since early 90s and currently have 80+ AA and AAAs in service. This is the worst bunch.

Chargers used: La Crosse BC900 and Vansen BC1HU.

3.0 out of 5 stars some good some bad, February 16, 2009

I bought several 4 packs of this product from 2 different retailers. Some of the batteries work great but some will not work at all in my flash. The batteries are labeled the same and look similar with the exception that the ones that don't work well have a white top vs. a black top for the ones that do work. So my review is mixed. I'd give it a 5 star rating for the good ones and 1 star for the bad.

1.0 out of 5 stars very disapointed, March 31, 2009
This review is from: Power2000 2900mAh AA Rechargeable Batteries (4 Pack) (Electronics)
I have been using rechargeable batteries for about ten years. Last year I bought a bunch of these Power 2000 batteries. I have so far thrown away at least twenty of them. These are the worse rechargeable batteries I have ever come across.

Power2000 2900mAh AA Rechargeable Batteries (4 Pack)These batteries are poor quality and are not worth buying at any price. I purchased 8 of these for my Olympus Digital camera only to have them fail intermittenly. Buy American, Duracell or Ever Ready, even if they cost more.

4.0 out of 5 stars Reliable, May 22, 2010

I bought a digital camera 3 years ago; this brand of battery came with it.
Later, I added more batteries, this time from a better known brand. So, they worked even better?? No, the brand name batteries did not work or at least did not work for long under the duress of digital photography. On the other hand, these relatively unknown brand batteries would retain their charge and work for days at a time. So, I am sold on them.

1.0 out of 5 stars Completely disappointed, January 2, 2010

This batteries are terrible, doesn't keep any charge. After ten, I repeat 10 pictures, are already discharged. A completely waste of money. I went back with the usual AA Lithium Battery. At the end this is the best solution. Very disapponited.
