I cannot recommend Power Dialogues too strongly. I have always been "successful," but have spent decades in and out of therapy, prayer groups, etc. in an attempt to feel better on the inside. All of those approaches were good and helpful, but at I best I made incremental process. However, using the simple tools and questioning process in Power Dialogues, I gained the most powerful, dramatic and breakthrough insights I've ever had. I learned that I was creating my anxiety and fear and shaky confidence - not the challenging circumstances around me. I also learned that I was creating those feelings as a strategy to take care of myself, and that I could freely chose better, more effective and more enjoyable strategies. I have told all my family and friends about this approach and hope that you will try it out for yourself too.

PowerDialogues presents a wonderful tool for personal growth! With userfriendly, clear and simple explanations, and also examples, you can learn the basis of this tool which allows everyone to uncover self-limiting beliefs and become free of their accompanying uncomfortable feelings. This method takes into account the whole person (mind, heart, emotions and behaviors)! I recommend it to everyone, professional or not.

This book teaches a very practical, easy to master self counseling method. If you're looking for easy to understand, yet very incisive tools, this is a great book.
