Bought this along with the solar panel that PowerGorilla makes. Not happy with the panel, but this is about the battery, not the panel.
Rugged, durable construction
Multiple power settings (can charge your phone and your laptop)
Takes a significant amount of time to fully charge up
Heavy and bulky (but this is to be expected for the specifications of the device)
If you're in the market for a durable battery for your laptop, this is a good choice. Just be aware that the solar panel doesn't charge this device well (should have a review of that device on its own page).

While others complaining about its brother, the SolarGorilla that has failed to performs.
But this device clearly outstand other brand.
~ High Capacity, 21,000mAH
~Fast Recharge from 0% in just around 4 hours using wall plug, i had the powermonkey extreme and its charges for 10hours + plugged.
~slim, the lightest in its category not to mention the nice feel of rubber at its side.
~support up to 24Volts.
So i use this HD Car Cam Lukas 7700 which only works with 16v, and powergorilla has it.
making my car has recording anytimes someone make a movement in front or any shakes is happening to car's body. i park my car for 12 hours a day, and powergorilla do cover up to 12 Hours x 5 days of working. neat!
I DONT own a SolarGorilla and i dont think i will. i just usually out of the grid for 1-5 days. and 21,000mAH really does its all. making my powermonkey Extreme useless because powergorilla does it all. and surely i would find another wall plug to recharge my phone, and i'm currently using HTC One m7 before, and now HTC One M8. Charges really quick, probably because of its up to 4AMP output usb charging.
this is a good looking, feel and quality powerbank. For the price, i have no complain over its perfection. only things i dont like is its battery indicator is in BAR instead in Numbers of percentage like newer model of powermonkey extreme.
this is not a product of 2014, but a 2009?. and no powerbank could beat this guy so far, tell me if there is.
i have no complain on its weight around 800g with all the necessary cables, i only use mini usb, micro usb & ipad cable.

I bought this expecting to be able to charge the Powergorilla using other solar panels. Nope, it is proprietary requiring the solar panel from the manufacturer. This thing is quite a bit of money, and not very flexible in this regard. Would look for another battery storage device that can be coupled with other solar charging sources. For your information, the 12V charger is for devices, not the Powergorilla. The Powergorilla requires the solar source to have an output of 15-25V. Don't make the same mistake. And don't order from EarthTech. And it's made in china.
