I've had the power rack for years, but the addition of an extra set of catches has led to a tremendous boost in my workout efficiency. It greatly simplifies the transition from one movement to another.

I should have purchased the extra pair of bar catches a long time ago.

Due to my problems (03/2011) Amazon is not currently offering the bar catches. I received black catches instead of the described chrome ones. Amazon sent another set and they too were black.

Edit: Looks like Amazon is offering the catches again but with no image. Though the description mentions chrome. I bet they are still black.

I bought these as a second set of hooks for my PPR200X Power Rack. Having a second set of hooks makes it much easier to change exercises by giving you a place to put the bar while you are moving your bench or adjusting the safeties. I also use my second set of hooks to store the bar up on the highest holes when I am not using it, which gets it out of the way nicely.
