Simple to operate, but noisy and distorted to both sender and receiver. The noise is worse when indoors (not unexpected), but also is problematic when operated outddors with no transmission barriers around.

The noise is something like radio static, which muffles voice communications.

Very inexpensive pricing by Amazon.com, so less than satisfactory performance is no surprise.

The only thing I can say good about this product is its price and the fact that it takes a AAA battery. The quality is lousy, the reconnect to my phone doesn't work when you turn it on (the first Bluetooth device I have had that problem with) and the thing just broke after a while.

You get what you pay for with this one.

Here's the deal:

1. If you're going to spend money on a bluetooth you need to be able to hear it. Static, background noise, constantly loosing connection with your phone, etc. does not allow you to use this device. Therefore, while it's cheap you won't use it, and have wasted your money.

2. If your ear is so irritated that you can't stop scratching you will knock off the device. This is the case.

3. If you accidentally leave it on, you've burnt through a AAA battery.

4. The AAA battery has a GREAT lifespan, but again, you won't use it since you can't hear anything.

Conclusion: Either save your money or spend the money to get one you'll use.

It is a good low cost bluetooth head set and like many of my reviews is used with my Playstation 3.
