I have used several different kinds of batteries for my hearing aids. Because I use a bluetooth link to listen to the television and to make phone calls it adds to my battery drain, and my batteries could last as little as 2 days...usually about 3. PowerOne was recommended by my Audiologist in Boise; he was always looking for the longest lasting battery for his customers. He found them with PowerOne. These batteries typically last me about 5 days even with use of the bluetooth device.

I like having the keychain as well. It has saved me more than once when I've been in a situation where my batteries have began to wain.

I'm an Audiologist and we sell these exact batteries at my practice (though not purchased through Amazon). I regularly hear from patients and my own family that PowerOne batteries last a day or two longer than other brand batteries. Plus they are the cheapest batteries that I have found...even from my practice! The expiration date on these batteries are at least two years out and one box will last you for approximately 6 to 8 months...as long as you are wearing your hearing aids all day, every day!!! Also remember that once you remove the tab from the battery, wait two minutes before placing them in your hearing aids. All hearing aid batteries now are mercury free and they need to air activate for a minute or two to fully reach peak voltage.

They last as long as the big brands, and i cant get them for an excellent price and the keychain could save you for some emergencies and i think you can put in there 4 replacements.

Got 'em for my mom, who was hesitant to let me get them for her. She was getting them through the audiologist at about 4 times the price... but she tells me, now that she has used these for a month or so, that they are lasting as long If not longer than those she was getting.. (premium-zinc-air by ultima). Mind you, not only are these a much more "disposable" price (60 for $18), but her trips to get the replacements, a hassle, (20 for $25?) have ended~ win-win... (and last maybe longer?- another win.. knock on wood that there are no duds..)

Batteries are apparently older or just don't have the "juice" in them: began having hearing aid problems and finally the seller said "your battery is weak." I said "can't be--it's new today !". I was having intermittent problems, which I found a little strange for a battery problem, but once I went back to another brand battery, those problems disappeared. These batteries sometimes last only a day or few hours, compared to maybe 5 days by the other vendor. This has happened through several "6-pack" cards. So, I'm stuck with a bunch more, but I don't count on them -- I take SEVERAL pairs of spares if I use these, and not just one. And no, I didn't remove the foil until right before use, and I don't keep them in a refrigerator, and they don't sit in a car, etc. etc.
