I had no prevoius experience with PowerPoint. I needed this Dummies book. I have learned a lot of information that experienced users had no knowledge of. Great Book for Beginners.

Wow, I just started using the new Microsoft Office System (2003), and it is really cool! It's awesome for collaboration, and its applications are far more integrated than with previous versions. PowerPoint is one of the apps that has been improved. With the new Research task pane, I'm now able to find info and include it in my presentation quicker and easier than before. Plus, the Package for CD aspect now lets me put all my presentation files directly onto CD to distribute. This book was the reason I found the new features in PowerPoint 2003 and how to maximize them.

PP for Dummies is an excellent source. It can make a dramatic difference with your presentation. I would highly recommend this.

A very good reference tool for the beginner Power Point user. Illustrations and follow along directions VERY useful.

Did not have a clue on power point but with the help of a presentation already in place and the tips from this book, I was able to pull it off.

When it comes to learning/working with PowerPoint, this easy to understand book is filled with 27 Chapters of worthwhile information covering a variety of aspects. Its step-by-step (basic) instructions and discriptive icons helps even the most novice user to proceed forward.
I gave this book four (4) stars. I suspect that the first-time user of PowerPoint would give it a five-star rating.

Received quickly. In good shape. Love dummies' book. Recommend for all beginners or just to start on any application.

It explained how to do things well and provided many topics to learn how to use powerpoint.

This book is an excellent reference guide for powerpoint users. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to improve their skills in creating powerpoint presentations.
