Jeb Blount and his book, Power Principles: Do You Have The Winning Edge?, has motivated me to achieve new goals and stay motivated when the going gets tough in the sales world. His unique stlye of motivating individuals through his real-world stories and examples proves that he has been there before. This book is a must read for anyone in sales and should be on everyone's bookshelf. It is a tool that everyone should have in their arsenal of sales tools. I hope there are more books to come from Mr. Jeb Blount!

As a sales educator, I am constantly looking for ways to infuse excellence into the sales professionals of today and tomorrow! This book is full of high-impact stories that are easy to relate to and concepts that promise to turn a mediocre day into an eye-opening, exciting launchpad for a professional sales career that others dream of.

This book is not just for sales professionals. These principles can be applied to anyone's life. As an HR professional I highly recommend Power Principles as a must have on your reading shelf.

As a columnist, I'm in the business of selling myself. By nature, I'm a much better writer than salesperson. This book has provided me with practical tools I can use daily to make the job of marketing me easy and managable. Everyone should invest in this book, because whether we admit it or not, everyone is selling something.

I picked it up and could not stop reading... this book is a powerfully energizing resource... I have been in business all my life, but have never been so enthisiastic about my job and future before now.

Be right back... I'm going to read it again!!!

This is a quick read and easy to implement. I used it to help each member of my sales team set clear goals, and put into action their individual steps to success! Power Priciples will take you to a new level of success!

I have to admit that I didn't buy this book. I found it on the back seat of my friend's car on a recent trip to the beach. I was bored so I started flipping through the pages. Then I read the story at the beginning of chapter one and was hooked. I read it cover to cover and then stole it from my buddy (I'm online now getting him another one)

Jeb Blount's PowerPrinciples has already made an impact on my life; and I'm not even in sales. It is a book that I recommend to everyone. Here are some reasons to read it:

1 - Easy to read and understand.
2 - Great stories.
3 - No BS. This is not theory. He doesn't talk down to you.
4 - A real formula for success. I know because it is working for me.
5 - It is not too long. The book can be read in one sitting.

I've thanked my friend over and over again for letting me take his book. If it hadn't been for that trip I would never have found this book on my own. I've already read it twice and have marked key pages that I think I'll end up referring back to often.

I originally found Jeb's Podcast on iTunes and heard of his book PowerPrinciples. Having found his Podcast to be helpful, I bought a copy of the book on Amazon. It has made a marked difference for me. It's helped me organize my crazy, yet rewarding sales life and has served to be a coach me when I've needed some self-coaching. Unfortunately my manager and organization does not sales coach in the same way which Jeb does and more is low. I thank Jeb for giving me some sanity with my job and for opening my eyes to the possibilities that are before me - not just with my job, but my relationships, and fiscal and physical health. He can help people see the big picture when you're living day to day and only see short term. I highly recommend this book.

Jeb Blount is on a mission - to help you be more successful in your sales career. His new book is focused on essential, but often overlooked, practices that lead to superior performance.

He shares numerous stories about everyday salespeople who transform their lives & career through the application of his PowerPrinciples.

After reading it, you won't be content to just "do your job" anymore because you'll know that so much more it possible. And, you'll know you can accomplish it.
