Too small for Canon SX200IS,

This case was listed expressively as a fit for the Canon SX200IS - it is not, by a great margin.
Regarding the length and width, the dimensions of the case are sufficient for the camera. But when you try to close the case, it won't - because the height of the camera is about twice of that what would fit in the case. There is absolutely no way to close the case!!! So, basically to advertise this case for the Canon SX200IS is misleading, too say it very nicely. I certainly feel cheated. I tried to fit my TomTom 340 XL GPS in it (which is slimmer than the camera), but the same problem occurred. I guess the only thing that would fit in the case would be some sort of iPod or the like, which is flat enough. I don't have an iPod, just a camera in need of a protective shell. This thing goes back immediately. |
