I hold a Diploma in Oral Communication and Public Speaking.
I have also been a member of International Training in Communication POWERtalk International (International Toastmistress Clubs since 1938) for 15 years, helping others to become more confident with their speaking skills, practising and developing my own. This is one of the clearest books on public speaking,is easy to follow and I have no hesitation in awarding it 5 stars.
