I never realized how I referred to past experiences to respond to life now. Tony helps you see that, and motivates you to change your view. A great book. I enjoyed it.

Before this information, I was little aware at best that my
brain was constantly referring to past experience, to try
and help me perceive the present, nor did I understand how
poor references made for poor outcomes. A must for those
interested in self-awareness.
