I bought this item (through another dealer) and when it arrived, one of the posts was drilled incorrectly. There are only basically 11 pieces, but apparently that's too many for powertec to check before they ship it out. I contacted my dealer, who purportedly contacted Powertec and I never heard from either of them again. In the meantime, I managed to drill the required holes in the steel post myself and put the rack together. It's super strong and nicely built, but it would be even better if the manufacturer would send correct parts. I will not be buying anything more from Powertec because I don't have any confidence that I would get correct items, correctly made.

Like the previous reviewer, my Powertec experience had issues. On one of the bottom frame pieces had a square, welded upright support guide that was off-center and also not perfect square, so the upright tube wouldn't fit over it. I was able to fix this by building a vise and a few other shenanigans, thankfully, and I was able to finish building the rack. Additionally, the chinup attachment isn't very ergonomic for doing, um, chinups. That being said, everything else has gone well, and I really like the unit. I would still buy this unit if I had it to over again.
