I'm a RoadWarrior. I have been saying for years that the perfect backpack would have a power distribution system of it's own so when I get to my room, I have only to plug my backpack into the one available power outlets (usually only one) and charge my devices. This bag is even better than I had imagined because now...when I am at the airport (where power outlets are even less abundant ) I can still charge my devices from it's built in battery. It has lots of compartments and pockets (frankly there are never enough of those) for all my junk. It even has a hidden compartment that I keep a spare ID and credit card for emergencies. I think it's good looking too, often looks and functionality are at cross purposes...but this bag has both. The zipper action is smooth. I don't know what else they could have done better. Congratulations FUL.

I just used this for a vacation that involved a thirteen hour flight each way, with waiting at airports and all the usual stuff. It worked beautifully. We were able to recharge the iPad and phone while waiting in a hotel lounge with minimal outlets. It does charge slower than a wall outlet, but it does the job. Also, during the vacaion, I discovered that I didn't have a charger that worked on my Kindle, and used the backpack to charge that.
It is easy to carry, not too heavy unless you really overpack it. Because of the charging battery, it doesn't have a huge amount of space, but it's adequate to bring all the stuff you really need to carry onto the plane. I would definitely recommend this.
The laptop holder section does unzip from the rest of the backpack, and the U.S. airports did let us run it through the scanner without removing the laptop. The foreign airports did not.

I'm a consulting professional and this bag suits all my needs for carrying multiple electronic devices. My devices are:
- iPad mini
- Windows phone (mini-USB)
- Bluetooth headphones
- Other USB-based devices that need to be charged

Pros:
- Sleek design for business travelers
- Many pockets to hold little things that travelers need
- Separate zippable laptop pocket for TSA security checkpoints
- Comfortable straps and outer pockets for quick access of small items (gum, chapstick, water, etc.)

Cons:
- Doesn't have the strap that will secure the bag to your suitcase
- No lightning connector for newer Apple devices
- Although devices can charge while the bag is plugged into the wall outlet, the bag battery itself will not charge simultaneously. Make sure you check your bag's battery before taking off for a long flight.

I am an extensive traveler and had a bag like this that lasted for almost 3 years. This one is was not so good. The shoulder strap ripped in the first month & the charging port on the outside fell apart as well.

So my boss bought this Powerbag for me for work. I used it for 8 months and truly loved it. It is a little small as far as capacity, but the trade-off for being able to charge my devices on the go was worth it. I'm not sure if it was this Amazon dealer or not, but it was through Amazon.

And then, the charging port broke. I tried to contact the company for warranty repair/replacement. After a week, I received a case number and where to send it in. I've been waiting for over two months to get something, anything back. (Even a response would be nice) I called this morning and the automated system tells you that this product is no longer supported! That's right folks, no longer supported! I'm guessing that they realized their quality was bad or that they overpriced them for what they are.

I'm fighting to get my replacement Powerbag, however, I'm just not sure it is worth the hassle.

Everthing promised regarding ease of use to charge is accurate, beware the bag is quite heavy! It is also rather bulky, so adding even a lightweight laptop or a tablet adds a lot of weight to carry.
