5.0 out of 5 stars Great book on phytochemicals and good health., January 23, 2011
Those wishing to know what foods contain what Phytochemicals them this is your book. Not to complexed or hard to read for the basic Medical Scientist and well worth reading, of-course if you find the time.

Remember, your health comes first and I bet not many people have heard of phytochemicals. We all heard of Fats, Sugars and proteins, plus our essential Vitaimin and Minerals, which all all need to take every day for good health. But Phytochemicals! What are they? This book explains all to those readers who want to know more about the subject of Phytochemicals.

Phytochemicals mostly come from Green plants and Coloured fruits ann herbs and are essential in removing free radicals in the blood and also help boost the immune system, giving you a better resistance to bacteria, viruses and diseases. Who needs chemotherapy, raidtherapy or drugs when all you might need is knowing the rights foods to eat, especially the right fruits and vegatables.

Another great book you might want to read would be my David wolfe -Superfoods.
This is the right book to buy about phytochemicals and their effects on health. You could buy another book in more detail on Phytochemicals, but it would cost you much more money.
Buy with confidence.
