I've been struggling with a health condition for a long time. I started listening to this CD several times a week, rotating it with some others by the same wonderful hypnotherapist. I feel stronger and better every day! And I feel more peaceful about the limitations of my illness so I can more easily let myself rest and mend. This CD has had a profoundly healing effect on my mind, emotions, and body.
