Very Helpful Book,

I found this book to be very helpful in releasing some negative body image issues that I have been suffering from. I feel more accepting of my body and have been less rigid in my views of myself. Some of the meditations were challenging, but I feel much healthier mentally and emotionally after doing them.

This book was helpful for me in making more peace with my body. The meditations seemed to go in order of depth. I have cycled through the book several times now and each time I feel like there is a difference in the way I feel about myself.

Very religious,

I was disapointed because the blerb did not tell me it was so overtly religious, the ideas could only be used with people who were happy to work with Buddhist ideas which I can't and would be unhappy imposing any religious ideas on any people I might use it with. I also thought it was rather expensive for a book with only 39 pages.Powerful Meditations for Eating Disorders
