About the Author

WARREN HEYDENBERK has taught in elementary through adult levels in public schools and in alternative education settings. He has been a professor of education at Lehigh University for over two decades.

ROBERTA HEYDENBERK is affiliated with the Bucks County Peace Centers, having nearly a decade of service in conflict resolution program evaluation and curriculum design. Recipients of numerous awards, the Heydenberks speak widely and serve on national and international peace education boards.

I love that the research provided so educators can see and read the reasoning behind the activities, and what the anticipated results can be. The activities are fun and leave plenty of room for flexibility, adaptations and quality learning. Great for seasoned and new teachers ready to educate hearts and minds. Students love these activities!
