Next the work guide asks you, the powerful person in training, to do research on the quotation. This task can easily take you back in time and into the circumstances involving the words spoken by the author of the quote. Finally, the last part of the work is a six months review. This practice reinforces your book of knowledge on the balance of mind, body and spirit. When you properly apply this learning in your daily life, as well as in situations with your family, friends, and fellow workers, you will become more powerful, one day at a time.
