He even claims they are helping his ankle, but I think that is so I won't freak out when he does start jumping!

Fairly easy to figure out, finally really getting the hang of getting air.

Pretty much got exactly what I expected. Fairly easy to figure out, finally really getting the hang of getting air. No backflips quite yet.

The stilts themselves seem to be very solid and well built. The strap that goes behind the knee could be a little thicker, so I might do a bit of custom modifications. Aside from that, loving them.

I got a paid of these to use with my Halloween costume, and had every intention of selling them after I was done...key word there being *had.* These things are so fun that a friend of mine bought his own pair after trying mine, and all of my friends and family have taken turns trying them out.

It's a bit daunting at first, but once you get the hang of them and you gain confidence it gets easier. There are some great instructional videos online for some of the basics, but it's really all feel. The stilts themselves are solid and well made, and so far I haven't had any issues with comfort while wearing them (though I will admit the Advanced model is a bit more comfortable). They're also easy to adjust for different leg lengths.

Aside from getting a lot of stares and doing cool tricks, even just walking for ten minutes with these things is a workout. If you're looking for a good leg workout that's a bit different...give these things a try. I'm working up to being able to go jogging in these!

Five stars for something fun and different that's also really well made.

Well built and able to take a pounding, these Powerisers are tight and worth getting...I think.
Suggestion to buyers - Buy a little below your weight bracket. I am at the bottom of the weight bracket for my set and this makes jumping with both stilts at the same time awkward and difficult. Jumping on one leg gets more immediate recoil of the springs (not really springs, more like limbs of a long bow).
The only design flaw is in the binding straps. There are three per stilt, one at the knee and two on the feet. The one at the knee is short so that it is tough to get your foot through the loop while the binding strap is still in the buckle set-up yet if you let the strap slide free of the buckle, re-engaging it in the buckle is very tricky. Also the straps are velcro and pass through a simple "buckle" making removal of the stilts tough - especially for kids.
While the strapping in is less than optimal, the best way is to remove your shoes, strap them in loosely, then insert your foot into the stilt, tie your shoe and tighten it all up.

These stilts are well built and easy to put together. I didn't even need the instructions. Took me about 5 min to get comfortable with them and about 15 before I was jumping around and running. Sooo much fun and a really good workout.

I was at first worried since the description uses the singular 'stilt' and I couldn't find any information on whether I was buying a set or one. But it did in fact come with a full set of 2, was quick and easy to learn, very fun, exactly what I was expecting.
