Nice, sturdy quality unit and fairly easy to assemble. Much better than a cheaper one I purchased that collapsed on me, so worth the extra money. (I'm 260# and have no problems or concerns with this unit capacity-wise.) My only complaint is that the "handlebars" are too close together, and I have to concentrate on missing them. Six inches further apart would be nice. If you're average-sized or smaller, you shouldn't have a problem.

I decided to quit the gym after completing P90X. So far I find working out at home works for me much better than trying to convince myself to drive to the gym in the morning or after work. It's hard to make excuses not to walk down to the basement.

At any rate, I found I did miss some exercises and machines from the old gym. This covers at least one of those gaps. The product certainly isn't commercial grade, nor do they claim it is, but it feels very solid. The pads provide plenty of cusion for both lower back work and obliques.

My one hesitation before buying was the lack lack of a foot platform. Not having this feature does detract a bit from the overall experience using this product. It is certainly usable without the platform, but adding one would make this a solid 5 star product.

I bought this hoping it would help me with lower back pain. So far I try and use it every other day, and I have noticed my back pain has decreased, so I am pleased.

The item itself is stable even on carpet, and made of what seems like strong metal tubing and components. I knew if I was buying something of this nature, I wanted quality that would be easy and comfortable to use, and would last many many years.

Assembly wasn't too bad, basic picture book nuts and bolts, I have seen worse.

Overall, I have had this product for a few monthes now, and I'm satisfied with my purchase.

Also, they sell this same model under different names at different stores, but this was the lowest price I found. A certain department store was about $50 more.
