This thing is sweet. I have Olympic Plates and I wasnt thrilled about the standard size 1" Bar - What I ended up doing is taking a 1" Hole Saw to an old olympic bar collar and slid it over like a sleeve. Now my plates wont wobble. I can see how there could be a friction issue so I sprayed WD-40 on it. I think with a little preventive maintenance this should last a long time. Would def buy again.

This tower is a great addition to my power rack. The ability to add pull downs and rows adds an incredible amount of diversity to my workout. I have 2 complaints that keep me from giving it 5 stars:
1. The weight holder/bar is standard size (not Olympic). It can still hold Olympic sized plates, but I am worried it may be too much weight. 2. The row & lat bar attachments look & feel cheap. The god thing is that they are easily replaced.

Doesn't work with all Power Racks,

The lat cable and pulley attachment will not "bolt on" out of the box if you have a older Power Rack. I believe the rack I own was puchased in 2005 and the pre-drilled bolt holes at the bottom did not line up exactly with the new pulley system attachment. In addition, we had to saw off about 2" of the square tubing because it was too tall and the top mounting bracket did not line up with the old Power Rack pre-drilled holes. I was a bit fired up, but with a little gym ingenuity and a few Key Lights, we got it put together and have been watching our V-tapers form. Aside from a little slack in the cables, it is working just fine.
