I was frustrated with this document camera because it is not compatible with my classroom computer! As a newbee to technology, I did not understand that this item requires Microsoft Windows to run it. My school has Macs. As a result, I have a brand new machine that is useless to me and non-returnable! I am aware that this was my mistake, but it is in the interest of the company to consider that some customers may need more information about the product. I did not find out about the Windows requirement until I was on the phone with tech support and it was MUCH too late!
Please make the equipment requirements clear in the item descriptions! |
