Have gone through two of these Powermatic ll machines in less than a year.
The first one that broke I thought was just a fluke.
The second one broke in the same area after just a few times of use.

The problem is with the internal plastic coupling that is attached to the ram pusher and then to the push tube. This plastic piece will snap / break leaving the Powermatic ll useless. At $85.00 a piece this gets expensive.

No manufacturer contact information on the box.
No where to return for repair.

I have had this machine for almost two months, I roll a carton of 100's a week. At first I thought it was great, rolled a perfect cigarette, but now its just a pile of junk. The more I use it the worse it gets, only fills the tube 3/4 of the way and the shaft will go in and out 2 to 5 times and if you don't grab the cigarette off it will put a slice thru the tube. I bought this machine to ease the arthritis in my elbows, which it did, but now I am tired of wasting tubes and the time I waste trying to get the machine to work that I am going back to my hand crank model, It will be faster and less aggravating then this piece of crap. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I feel this purchase was money well spent. I bought one of those Oldham machines, but tobacco still fell out and fire dropped off, thats because it was an auger machine at $50 more. Havent used that since I got the Powermatic II. Not a single problem with this, and it is the spoon type machine, so there is very little waste, you can re use tobacco because it dosnt get ground up like with auger machines. Works fast even though you load it yourself. A great cigarette ever time. No tabacco falling out or the cherry dropping off while your driving. 10 stars is my rating.
