"Buttercup" is a Portables board book; it is part of a series devoted to characters from the "Powerpuff Girls" TV show. This one is all about Buttercup, who is described in the opening sentence as "the toughest Powerpuff Girl."The small, sturdy book uses simple sentences and brightly colored illustrations to describe Buttercup. Such characteristics as her dislike of baths and her love of competitive sports are covered. Overall, a treat for 'puff fans young and old.
