BLossom did it again,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Powerpuff Girls Chapter Book #04: Blossoming Out (Powerpuff Girls, Chaper Book) (Mass Market Paperback)
There goes Blossom-grown up Blossom. In this book, Blossom from the Powerpuff Girls is going around acting all grown up, ticking off her sisters and just about everyone else. I liked this book because naturally I like Blossom, just not when she's acting the way she does. Kind of reminds me of my friend, Autumn...

You think you're all that, Blossom- but you're NOT!,
This review is from: Powerpuff Girls Chapter Book #04: Blossoming Out (Powerpuff Girls, Chaper Book) (Mass Market Paperback)
Being a devout fan of the PPG, I found this to be the most important volume of all the chapter books combined.
Of course, Blossom has always billed "commander and the leader" since she acts very mature of the trio- so much that one day, she decides that she really IS a grown-up! This, of course, ticks Buttercup and Bubbles off so much; as she refuses practically everything, playing ball, coloring, pancakes, waking up early, being called petnames, et al. Enter the ever-incompetent Mayor to solve all this. When Bubbles, Buttercup and Professor Utonium head out to the amusement park, the old lovable dingbat proceeds to enjoy the comforts of home, leaving Blossom in charge of practically everything. Soon afterwards, Blossom learns that being "grown-up" isn't all it's cracked up to be: "I'm sorry about the way I acted. I thought I was being grown-up. But I was really just being selfish." Overall, 5 stars for such AWESOME craft worthy of the name Powerpuff!

In this fine work by E. S. Mooney levelheaded Blossom is praised once too often for acting like a adult and lets it go to her head. So she starts acting like a "grown-up" and makes life miserable for her family. Can they and the Mayor show her the error of her ways before someone loses their temper? The funniest parts were where the Mayor comes to keep an eye on Blossom while her family is away and she ends up taking care of the elderly baby. I found the novel to be somewhat touching.

Powerpuff Girls rock, but I'm not so sure about this...,

This book is #4 i the series of POwerpuff Girls books. Naturally, I bought the book because I'm collecting the series. But if that's not your case, take my advice--DON'T LOOK FORWARD TO SOMETHING SPECTACULAR. YOU'LL JUST GET DISAPPOINTED. And it's true. So, if you just got you allowance and decided to spend it on this, I suggest-NO. Well, I'm not your mother, so do what you want. I just think that this book is A BIG DISAPPOINTMENT.
