Fine game,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Powerpuff Girls Mojo JoJo A Go Go (Video Game)
This game is going to be cool after all you can pick up water hole things and uproot trees and pick up mailboxes.I think it is real fun because the game actually plays the same way as it does in the episodes. What's really cool about this game is that what you can is switch between the powerpuff Girls, each with its own super attack. One of the cool things I think about it is that you can play from 1 to 3 players all at the same time.Doing this you get through the game faster since all 3 move at the same time.My favorite Powerpuff Girl is Bubbles.Play through levels and find clues, even do cool things to unlock secret warp zones. The game moves pretty quick so you have to no the Gameboy Advance controls to get through it easily. It's nonstop action so you might want to buy this game!!!!!!!!!!

The best PpG video game, bar none! Exciting gameplay, and just about the best PpG graphics of any of the 5 PpG video games available. Looks almost like the tv show!As to game play, it was a little hard. Adult PpG fans should like it better than the kids for this reason. Too bad that BAM! did not devote as much attention to thier other PpG videogames than they did to this one. A MUST HAVE for the hardcore adult PpG fan.

this is one of my favorites to play! even if you don't like the powerpuffs this game SHOULD change your mind. :P it has beautiful graphics, actual voices from the show, group attacks, the ability to pick up logs and other things, individual special powers, and secret passage ways!!so you're not disappointed, this is a SIDE-SCROLLING GAME. the powerpuffs fly across streets, cities, and sky as you either dodge or clobber enemies with your fists or eye beams. i recommend buying this!

YOUR GAME IS THE BEST LIKE NO OTHER!,

Ever since I saw the game on Amazon.com,based on my favourite cartoon action series of The Powerpuff Girls on Cartoon Network,I was impressed and anxious to get it.After I bought it,it was a bit difficult to play at first, but once you get to know the game, where the enemies are,and where the power-ups are,it began to become easy.It took me a long time to get to Level 5 and there was no saving mode on the game, but I did find a way to restart the level I lost,by moving it the right arrow in the right corner on top of the screen until it reaches the right level. You can't save it during the game, but you can come back to the game with which you started.Your video game is the best.Ignore those other reviews of how bored the other customers were, that's their problem, your game is the best and has exciting mind-blowing action. It deserves to be successful.

Too Hard to Have Any Fun,
A Kid's Review
This review is from: Powerpuff Girls Mojo JoJo A Go Go (Video Game)
The game looks cute, but when I got it and started playing it I couldn't even get passed the first level! I don't think I'm THAT bad at playing video games, but with this one I am! The graffics and colors are cute, and so is the concept but for me it's just too hard. What you do is you have the three girls floating around and you lead them and shoot bad guys and when you shoot someone you get a little circle that you have to pick up. I think you have to get a certain number of those circles. But when your girl gets hit, her "will to fight" goes down and eventually-if you get hit enough-that girl disappears and you have to play with a different girl. You can switch back and forth with the girls though, which is fun. It's a cute game but too hard for me!

Great!,

I don't really like powerpuff girls that much, so I bought this game for my ppg fanatic sister and it turned out that we had problems deciding who could play it at the moment. It has cute graphics, and neat level design. My only down is that it takes a while to get really good at it. (It took me a week to get me to the second level and I am a video-game wiz) but after that I seemed to catch on. I really recomend this.

I don't know about you, but I usually stay away from these kind of games... You know, the kind that use a name or something of a movie, blonde music star, etc. This one, though, has that R-Type DX feeling, which I wasn't sure about either. What's really cool about this game is that it has the CUTEST LITTLE GIRLS IN THE WORLD. But that's not really all. In the game you fly around and stuff like on the GBC games with the Powerpuff Girls. A side-scrolling game. What's better is that instead of just one character at a time (unless two of them die) you control all three. You can change which character is in front; they have different attacks. Each Girl has a separate life bar thing. You know? So you won't want to keep one Girl out the whole time. A bit of strategy, I guess, in using a certain one for the best situation. What I thought was awesome was that you can pick up things in the surroundings like a mailbox. Or a tree. That sounds awesome. Having the cutest little girls in the world kick you-know-what. That's about all I've got. Blossom, the red-head, is a good leader. Bubbles, bright-eyed blonde in blue, is so cute and happy. Buttercup, cute one in green, has that kick-butt attitude.

Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)

I must admit that after playing Dexter's Lab (also done by BAM), I went out and purchased this one as soon as possible, being a fan of both Dexter and the Powerpuff girls, I thought that the Powerpuff girls would be a clear winner. I was wrong. I guess that some might like it, but I find the 2D side-scroll action both confusing and boring at the same time. maybe for a mindless bit of fun this would good, but as far as gameplay goes, this took me back to the likes of Galaga and Galaxian, which were good, but because they were firsts in their generation. The only remote addition to the gameplay, is the ability to pick specific items up and throw them. The graphics are good, and the sound is mediocre, and the replay value...well, lets say that I played the first three levels, and had no desire to continue, let alone play some more...

This game does not deserve to have a long speech in its name. The object of the entire thing was dim and simple, and I am quite sure it could get boring for some children. It would be a disappointment to anyone who was a fan of them. I am not, but the game looked action packed and puzzling, the type of game that strikes me as fun. I purchased it, and within minutes of gameplay I became bored.
Use my advice wisely and try to veer away from purchasing cheap commercial games such as these. |
