When I started experiencing plantar fasciitis in my right heel a few months ago, I bought Powerstep Pinnacle arch supports to relieve the pain. I was soon able to enjoy my 3-mile walks pain-free each morning. Unfortunately, I had only one pair of shoes with a toe box wide enough to accommodate the thickness of the full-length Pinnacles. When I found the 3/4 length Powerstep Slim Tech supports, I decided to give them a try. They solved the problem. They gave me Powerstep comfort in the heel and arch without squeezing the metatarsus. Now I have several pairs of shoes that I can wear with the Slim Techs.

I bought these for my teenage daughter to use in her casual flat shoes. They have the same great support of the full length insoles, yet she had a problem with them slipping farther into her shoe instead of staying snug under her heel. We're going to try double sided sticky tape to keep them from moving around.

I've had other orthotic inserts that work in sneakers or casual shoes, but not in tight form-fitting dress shoes. These do.

These arch supports work very well in the shoes that my orthotics won't fit in. I'm very pleased with my purchase. I can't wear shoes without arch support anymore and these allow me to wear some of my dressier shoes that I would otherwise have to get rid of. I will be purchasing more in the future.

These are great inserts to help sore, tired feet. They are easy to insert and after a day are incredibly comfortable. I feel like I walk taller and with more power.

Rather than wearing specialized (and expensive) shoes, I can use these inserts with my topsiders and get the support I need.

My best results come from placing the inserts between the sole of the shoe and the shoe's original inserts.

I would guess that these arch supports aren't as good as the custom-made kind, but they worked really well for me and my feet are feeling better than they have been in a long time.

This is the best device of its kind that I've ever used. It would have gotten five stars if it was priced fairly for what it's made of and the effort needed to make it. But its price is severely steep. An obvious indication of the manufacturers greed.
