It may look like a typical workbench--albeit with more than a few bells and whistles--but in reality, the Powertec WB-BRS6 is a total free weight system. The WB-BRS6 is built around a removable bench, which offers a patented linkage mechanism that adjusts to multiple angles. When the bench is in position (it locks in place with a spring pin), you can work out your pectorals, shoulder muscles, triceps, and a host of other upper body muscles. However, it also rolls easily out of the way to open up the rack for squats, lunges, and rows. This ensures that the user is always in the fixed center position, helping the bench and rack become one. The simple and innovative rack, meanwhile, is set at a 10-degree angle and utilizes a slide tube for quick adjustments. Other details include weight storage bars, angled chin-up bars, and support for an optional high/low lat bar and patented arm curl machine (sold separately). The WB-BRS6 measures 48 by 82 by 78 inches (W x H x D), weighs 223 pounds, and carries the following warranties: lifetime on the frame, two years on component parts (such as bearings and spring pins), and one year on pads and grips. Assembly was ok.
Bench is a little wobbly when using heavy weights. For what I do at home, it's ok but it could be an issue for some.
Overall it is a good work bench that enables to do a lot of different exercises.
For our home gym, it works great.
