This was the perfect unit for my purposes, which were to clean off a tile patio. I didn't want a more powerful unit, because I was afraid of hurting the grout. This unit worked fantastic, cleaning off dirt and hard coatings if I brought the tip very close. However, it is NOT a powerful unit or spray. In fact, I put my hand in the spray and it felt more like a misting.

If you are looking for a cheap, small, simple electric unit to clean off your porch or patio, this unit may be perfect. But if you want anything with a powerful spray to take off algae or mold, etc... you need to upgrade to a more powerful unit.

I know there are much bigger machines available with more power, but I just wanted something I could handle for the little cleaning jobs around my patio, like the lawn furniture. Being on a fixed income, I didn't want to spend a lot of money for something I might not use that often. This machine did the trick, it is unbelievable how great these things are. It is really lightweight and easy for me to handle (I weigh 106 lbs). She, (I named her Sylvia)had plenty of power and spruced everything up really well. She came with a detergent bottle to apply soap but I really don't want chemicals around my plants and pets which is the main reason for wanting to try cleaning with the pressure washer. This little machine works great and I couldn't be happier with my choice. One thing, I will probably buy the extension hose so I can cover more area without having to move her as often. I have a feeling I will be using her quite often as she makes cleaning fun.

This little washer had good power for the price, perfect for cleaning my patio. The only problem was the hose quick connect kept disconnecting all by itself, which was very annoying. I contacted the web site[...]with the problem and never heard back ANYTHING. They had a "live person chat" link that never responded, despite three attempts on my part to contact them...

This product is a disappointment because powerwasher makes really good products. The water outlet is aluminum and not brass. The inlet is plastic and not brass. Because it is plastic, the inlet water pressure cannot exceed 80 to 100 psi. I have strong water pressure where I live and it exceeds this requirement. I wish they would have put it on the product description because I had to return it for this reason. I am going to probably get the 1600psi or the 1750psi that can handle a high inlet pressure. Powerwasher does make great products, just not this one.

This machine is perfect for me as i take a pressure washer up to my lake house weekly to clean off the back deck and front porch. This machine still packs a punch despite its size and is easy to move. It has performed beyond my expectations.
I was reading the reviews on the big machines by powerwasher and apparently they have only been selling on amazon for 10 weeks, so i would not take to much stock in the negative reviews.

I bought this as a present it works great we cleaned off the deck, the house and the porch. I think it's pretty powerful it actually took the peeling paint off the porch! I read some of the other reviews but it worked great, it came fine. I dropped it down the stairs and the hose popped off, but it still works fine! It also works great for cleaning cars.

This is a nice little powerwasher but it does not deliver the power that the bigger machines do. You must get very close to the deck you are washing and the best thing is to use prewash on the deck first to spray the algae. Then it comes off much quicker with the power washer. It definitely pays to buy one rather than rent one.

Ditto what Mr. Harte said. The first hose leaked like crazy after less that 6 months use. The over-priced replacement is doing the exact same thing. Design flaw. Should be recalled. I will never buy from this company again.

I got my 1300 approximately two weeks ago, and it has made short work of things i usually clean with a little hand brush and S.O.S. I have white plastic lawn furniture that I always spend hours and hours scrubbing every spring, this year i took the 1300 to it, and i was finished early enough to wash both mine and my wifes car...before Cubs and Sox first pitch, i got a days worth of work done in about three hours! I should mention i purchased the rotary brush kit as well, and it helped tremendously with both tasks. this is a great machine, perfect for what i need cleaned around my home. Light enough to move around from task to task, but strong enough to clean the mold and mildew growing on patio furniture! Perfect!

i finally did it right for mom. I have for years given her flowers, candy, clothes, perfume, yada yada yada. I got my first pressure washer a year ago and loved the thing, so i figured what the hell, lets get what for mom for mothers day. this one is perfect, it is light so she can move it wherever she likes, and strong enough to clean to my mothers standards, which are tought to say the least. I for once was more loved than my two kid brothers. i hope the old man likes it too, cause he is getting the powerwasher1750!!
