I am a lover of scented potpourri and candles and wanted to learn more about essential oils without getting overwelmed. This book gave me wonderful ideas and how-to's without the feeling that I have so much more to learn. I refer back to it constantly and every time I enjoy the beautiful pictures and backgrounds. It's an easy read and includes a conversion table in the front that I found very useful. I would recommend this book to beginners and authorities in aromatherapy because it's such an informative and creative book.

I read this book at a library and just could not put it down. She includes healing tactics, soothing recipes, and even stuff for kids. I was amazed at how fun aromatherapy could be. I use recipes from her book and others, but hers have proven to be the most successful in what they are supposed to do. I know that any aromatherapy fan would love to have this book.

Bravo to Deborah Nixon for writing such an incredible book. The recipes are simple yet effective. I recommend it for anyone interested in aromatherapy. Truly a wonderful book!
