Don't waste your money!
This book, like so many other books about astral projection, provides zero practical instruction. Yram provides information about his experiences and philosophies concerning the higher planes, but nothing on how to achieve OBE (out of body experience). Don't waste your money. Ophiel's "Art and Practice of Astral Projection" is the best practical book I've encountered. If...

When I first became interested in astral projection, Yram's book really inspired me to learn to experience the phenomenon for myself. I like the way he describes his astral adventures and his experience with the unity-mulitiplicity or better termed, cosmic consciousness. Many people have experienced astral projection, but Yram uses astral projection ability to reach for higher states of consciousness on the astral plane.
