Module Four: Maintaining Safety Improvement -- provides tools (such as perception surveys and behavior modeling analysis) for evaluating and measuring the success of the program.
For each module, you'll get a 50-page handbook containing: explanatory text on behavior-based safety information and practices, plus forms, checklists, and other practical "tools" to help you implement behavior-based safety at your company.
