The Guide that puts it all together!,
By Laura Davenport (Mundelein Il) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Practical Guide to Early Childhood Planning, Methods and Materials, A: The What, Why and How of Lesson Plans (Paperback)
The Guide is a must have for all ECE teachers. The only source that comprehensively provides teachers with a system that will meet the needs of ALL the children in the classroom. At the same time, reducing planning time by providing a framework of skill activities as a guide. This book will help teachers in educating parents as well. Each area of development (motor, perceptual, literacy, memory and problem solving)are broken down to show the sequence that is followed in acquiring skills, thus quieting the "all they do is play! " crowd. I recommend this book to new and experienced teachers.
