I used the 1994 edition of this book in graduate school and it was an invaluable resource in subsequent research. Although the current edition is much revised, the previous edition still stands the test of time. Reasonably priced for what one receives.

No nonsense guide to progam eval. If you are in this field, this is a must have book.

I ordered this book at the beginning of Sept and the book was scheduled to ship out on Sept 12 and arrive by Sep 17th. However, now it is Oct 16th, and I still don't get my book! They screw up everything. I need this book for group discussion and preview. Now the midterm is done, and I still didn't get a chance to read this book!!! It's terrible!!
I do need to get my money back!

This book arrived quickly and in the condition that was advertised at the time of purchase; it was also packaged well.

This was a required text for my most recent graduate school class. Very difficult reading except for a couple of chapters. Apparently the raw inclusion of information was the priority, not readability. Still, it will be good to have around to consult in the midst of future research projects.

I ordered a textbook and it arrived beautifully wrapped and very quickly. It was in near perfect condition, and I don't think anyone had read it past page 10. I ended up re-selling it, and received practically the same price for it as I had purchased it for. Great job!

It's a typical textbook, somewhat dry but a necessity for a class I'm taking. I loved the fact that Amazon was cheaper and faster than going with a textbook provider.
