Very easy book to use
Solid book that you can easily read that will get you to start thinking of different ideas in your home building process.

Don't waste your money on this book
What a horrible book. This book is nothing more than some poorly thoughtout lists. There is no substance to this book at all. If you have never built or bought a new home before, save your money, this book will NOT help you.
