Lawyers and patent agents in non-U.S. jurisdictions. -A new Introduction that provides updated information on the changing law of document authentication, including such dramatic developments as the WTO's removal of many of the remaining impediments to transnational legal practice.

Editorial Reviews

Review

"A concise and comprehensive reference work in this area is a godsend for attorneys, paralegals, business executives, or ordinary citizens charged with (authenticating a document). With the first edition of this work published in 1984, attorney John Sinnott, an internationally recognized expert in the area of intellectual property law, succeeded in creating such a reference tool
"Sinnott's guide to document authentication is well organized, comprehensive, and reliable. It is even listed as a recommended source of additional information with regard to document authentication on the U.S. Department of State's Bureau of Consular Affairs web site. This well-regarded title would be a wonderful addition to any law library collection-whether in an academic, law firm, court, or government setting. It would be equally useful in business and public libraries."
Carla Guerriero, Law Librarian, New Jersey Superior Court, Essex Vicinage, Newark, NJ
