Adrienne Escoe's book is fairly run-of-the-mill, although it does offer a lot of valuable information for people in the documentation field. I create and process documents every single day, and was hoping to gain some new insights in the field by reading this book. Much of the information presented I already knew, although there was a lot of new ideas and concepts presented by Escoe on Electronic document options. Her writing is very straightforward and easy to understand, making it an easy read for professionals on any level.
